Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aning mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent, to use the App.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Sign-in is provided via Apple, Google, or email.
3. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases
- Credits are a virtual, in-app balance used to generate content. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly membership) renew automatically through your Apple App Store or Google Play account until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewal in your store account settings.
- Billing and refunds. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by them under their applicable terms (for example, Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Google Play's refund process). Except where required by applicable law or store policy, purchases and already-consumed credits are non-refundable. Where a generation task that was charged fails, the corresponding credits are returned to your in-app balance where applicable. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
- For iOS, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, infringing, or violates others' intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including impersonation or deceptive "deepfakes";
- is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or constitutes CSAM;
- is hateful, harassing, violent, or promotes illegal activity;
- attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or technical protections.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your Content and License
You retain your rights to the prompts and reference images you provide and, subject to applicable AI provider terms and law, to the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the service and to comply with law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.
6. AI-Generated Content
Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. The App and its outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the developer of Aning and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Aning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your country or place of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
