How do credits and membership work?
Credits are spent each time you generate an image or video. You can buy credit packs or subscribe to a membership that grants credits and unlocks advanced models. Manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
I bought credits but don't see them.
Open the App and try "Restore Purchases" on the membership screen, ensure you are signed in to the same store account used for the purchase, and check your network connection. If the balance still does not update, email us with your purchase receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled through them under their policies. See Apple's "Report a Problem" or Google Play's refund process.
A generation failed or looks wrong.
AI generation can occasionally fail or produce unexpected results. Try again, adjust your prompt or reference image, and check the task status in the Tasks tab. Failed tasks that were charged are refunded in credits automatically where applicable.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and associated data from within the App, or email support@aning.ai to request deletion.
